Back then, Istedgade was the frontline of Denmark’s sexual revolution, and our premises housed the legendary “Flamingo Club,” where striptease and live shows were a staple of city life. After a period as a ladies’ hair salon and later as a porn store, the location was taken over in 1991 by the current owner, who transformed the store from a traditional porn shop into a modern sex shop with a focus on sex toys and sensual apparel.
